Angel of the Animals

Angel of the Animals is a special project that promotes animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and self awareness through books, therapeutic art, and events. Jamie's first book, An Elephant's Story, is about elephants in tourism and includes themes of compassion and volunteerism. Through carefully tailored therapeutic art activities, students develop their self awareness and explore themes such as identity, self-esteem, goal setting, and healing. Therapeutic art is ideal for students that are battling low confidence due to life challenges and reading difficulties or that battle low self-esteem due to struggling in school for many years.
